The Arduino Student Kit is a learner’s kit packaged by Arduino that is aimed at beginners. The kit is designed to help you learn the core concepts of programming, coding, and DIY electronics. Remote Teaching, Homeschooling and Self-Learning
The online platform includes all the relevant content needed for remote teaching, including exclusive learning guidance content, nine 90-minute lessons and two open ended projects. Each of the nine 90-minute lessons builds off the previous lesson ensuring that students learn in a structured linear fashion allowing them to absorb what they have learned and apply the concepts going forward. Moreover, students have access to a digital logbook to complete as they work through the course. Students can use the logbook to document their exercises and observations or look for solutions. Concerning the structure of each lesson, each lesson includes, an overview of the lesson, the learning objectives of the lesson and the estimated time it will take to complete the lesson.
All the information stated above remains the same with the only difference being that parents (even those without any prior knowledge in coding/programming/electronics) can guide their children through the lessons. The kit is linked to the curriculum so as a parent you can check and make sure that your children are learning the correct things.

Once you add the unique code you must proceed to select your desired role (educator or student) and finally create an account. When all is said and one you can gain access to the platform by visiting studentkit.arduino.cc and logging in with your account credentials.
Overall, the Arduino Student Kit is a great introduction to the IoT arena. Although Arduino recommends the kit for 11-14-year-olds, I believe that anyone who has a desire to learn about programming and DIY electronics will immensely benefit from this kit. You can purchase it here.
